At Nexify, customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at nexifysupport@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers may be required to provide photos or videos of the issue.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind after an order has been shipped.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after processing.
